Madame Control is a coaching service operated by Mietec GmbH (CHE-364.036.829), Switzerland. We are the data controller for the personal data you provide through this website.
When you sign up for the waitlist, we collect:
Some of the information you choose to share — such as preferences regarding sexual practices — may be considered special category personal data under GDPR Article 9. We process this data only on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL hosted in the EU — Ireland, AWS eu-west-1). Email communication is sent through Google Workspace (info@redhatgarage.ch). Hosting of this website: Hostinger. All processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements.
Waitlist entries are kept for up to 24 months from submission, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first. Consent records (proof of consent) are kept for 36 months after withdrawal as required by GDPR accountability.
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@redhatgarage.ch with subject line "GDPR request" and we will respond within 30 days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss FDPIC (Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner) or with the data protection authority in your country.
We use only essential local storage to remember your language preference. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics by default. Language detection from IP uses ipapi.co (request is anonymous, no account or persistent ID).
This service is for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Age confirmation is required at signup.
Material changes to this policy will be communicated to registered users by email. Minor changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date.
